In this capsule, we'll take a quick tour of the Membri application. Imagine an association with between 100 and 10,000 members. It needs to carry out a whole range of day-to-day administrative operations to manage its membership.
Membri is a cloud-based application accessible wherever there's an Internet connection. Membri's main functionalities include dashboards. In these various dashboards, you'll find the reports you need for day-to-day management in your organization.
In the Accounts and Contacts section, you'll find the member file - whether corporate or individual - as well as all the functions for managing memberships and renewals.
In the Events section, you'll be able to post and sell all your activities and training courses available to members and non-members alike, either directly on your website or in conjunction with your ticketing service.
We have a section called Solicitations and Mandates, which brings together all the sales processes you can carry out within your company to solicit new members or to obtain new sponsorships, whether for an event or corporate sponsorship, or simply to sell the various products and services your association offers.
The invoicing section allows you to view the various invoices that have been automatically created by the system, whether these are invoices or credits, and to see the link they have with your accounting system, whether Sage 50, Acomba or Quickbook.
In the communication section, we'll have all the interrelations we have with the member, whether it's e-mails exchanged, tasks carried out or to be carried out for this member and the various meetings.
