Functional Analyst
Looking to grow your career and take on more responsibility?We’re currently seeking a Senior Functional Analyst for a permanent, full-time position.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and complete CRM implementation projects
Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
Produce progress and budget reports
Actively participate in problem-solving and issue resolution
Perform other related tasks as needed
Your Profile:
College or university degree in computer science
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in software development
Strong understanding of IT technologies and .NET development environments
Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM and Power Apps (a strong asset)
Excellent ability to interact with clients and understand business needs
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Good knowledge of APIs and system integration principles
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
