Marketing Director

As part of a planned transition within the team, we are looking for a Marketing Director to ensure continuity of operations and to further develop our marketing strategies.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and evolve the overall marketing strategy

• Plan marketing activities, manage priorities, and oversee the budget

• Analyze marketing performance and produce reports

• Manage and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Capterra, email, SEO, social media)

• Oversee and contribute to content creation (blog, email, visuals, presentations)

• Manage marketing databases and the CRM (CRM, MailChimp)

• Ensure the management and optimization of the websites (Wix)

• Work closely with the sales team (follow-ups, sales enablement tools)

• Participate in management, marketing, and sales meetings

• Supervise marketing coordination activities and external vendors

• Perform other related tasks

  
  

Your Profile:

• Education in marketing, communication, or a related field

• Significant experience in digital and strategic marketing

• Experience in a versatile role, ideally within an SME or a tech environment

• Ability to work on both strategy and execution

• Autonomy, thoroughness, and strong priority management

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in French; intermediate or bilingual English (asset)
