  • A primarily remote work model, in place for several years

  • Downtown offices available for collaborative work or individual preferences

  • A summer schedule, allowing employees to finish work at noon on Fridays from Saint‑Jean‑Baptiste Day through Labour Day

  • Three weeks of vacation offered upon hiring

  • Seven additional paid days off during the holiday season

At Vendere Group, a summer schedule is offered to all employees.

In addition, bi‑weekly Lunch & Learn sessions allow employees to deepen their knowledge, discover internal projects, and attend a variety of presentations covering technical topics, work organization, and health and well‑being.


A centralized employee portal complements this approach by bringing together essential information such as internal policies, available services, tools, surveys, and a feedback space.
