An abandoned shopping cart occurs when a person starts their registration on the ticketing service and decides not to make the payment. The person has shown an interest in making the purchase, but has not completed the transaction. You can identify these transactions and the individuals involved. Let's take a look at how to proceed. The person doing his purchase (member of non-member) and confirms his partipation but at the last step he decide to leave the ticketing service. So how do I find this information in the CRM? You end up with a series of dashboards. There are all kinds of dashboards for managing memberships, synchronizing with the accounting system, managing grace periods and renewals. But one in particular is events and registrations. Then, at the bottom right of this dashboard, you'll find all our incomplete ticketing registrations, so if you look in this section, you'll see the person wanted to register for our activity but didn't complete his transaction. So we can call him because we have his phone number and e-mail address, and we can contact him to find out why he didn't complete his transaction. You can even add a little note and see what happens with this customer. So you can keep track of the various abandoned baskets. The customer can then go back to their basket and redeem it. There's another possibility. You can also get to the system level and decide to bill it. And instead of charging it directly online because the person doesn't have a credit card or doesn't want to pay online, we can bill it. So, if I invoice him, the system will automate the sending of an invoice, and with this invoice he'll be able to pay online or other way, just like any other invoice. This completes his registration. We'll show you an example in which we called a member to participate at our next event. They were interested, but asked us to call them back in 2 weeks to confirm. So in the member file, I can add a task in the chronology section to call back in 2 weeks. However, I realize that I'll be on vacation in 2 weeks. So I want to reassign this task to my colleague to make sure he calls them in 2 weeks. I have a few options. First, I can select my activities section, view all my activities to see if I have any other activities in 2 weeks that I need to move. In this case, I only have one task. I'll choose my task and assign it - because it won't be assigned to me, but to another member/user of the system. I'll do a search for my colleague and the task will automatically be assigned to Mathieu. The task has disappeared from my own task list, but it's going to end up in my colleague task list. If I go back to the member folder, I realize that the task is still there, but if I look in the task and open the record to see the task, I realize that the owner of the task - the person who has to do the task - is now my colleague. This is how you can assign one or more tasks. It often happens that we have to do follow-up tasks after a call with a member. We need to send him some information or we need to call him back in a week. Let's see how Membri 365 allows you to manage these activities in the member's file. By exemple, we called a member to find out their interest in participating in our next activity. People are very interested but ask us to call them back in 2 weeks to confirm everything. So we want to add a reminder task. We will access the member file and on the right we have the timeline section. In the timeline section we have all the activities done and to do with this member. If I press "more", the system allows me to add a phone call summary, an e-mail, an appointment, a task or a note. In my case, I will choose a task and I will add a description to confirm and I will put a deadline in 2 weeks. I could even put myself a priority. So this task is now found here in the timeline section of member's file. In addition, all of my tasks will be found in the activities section, communication subsection, activity subsection. And when I select it, I end up with all of my tasks that I have to do. Imagine an association with between 100 and 10,000 members. It needs to carry out a whole range of day-to-day administrative operations to manage its membership. Membri is a cloud-based application accessible wherever there's an Internet connection. Membri's main functionalities include dashboards. In these various dashboards, you'll find the reports you need for day-to-day management in your organization. In the Accounts and Contacts section, you'll find the member file - whether corporate or individual - as well as all the functions for managing memberships and renewals. In the Events section, you'll be able to post and sell all your activities and training courses available to members and non-members alike, either directly on your website or in conjunction with your ticketing service. We have a section called Solicitations and Mandates, which brings together all the sales processes you can carry out within your company to solicit new members or to obtain new sponsorships, whether for an event or corporate sponsorship, or simply to sell the various products and services your association offers. #2 Relevance search in Membri 365 CRM

#relevance #search #keywordresearch #data In this video, we'll take a look at a little-known Membri option: search by relevance. Sometimes we want to search through all the data available in the CRM to find the information we're looking for on a member. Let's take a look at how we can use the relevance search option to find all the data in a member file. If you know how to search in Google, you know how to use the relevance search in Membri. The global search field is at the very top of the screen. All you need to do is enter your search keyword. This will return all the data retrieved. These are grouped by section. If you know in which entity your information is found, you can filter directly on this entity. Finally, you can also use operators to refine your search. For example, if you put a + between two words, it will return data containing both words.
